Refund and Return Policy  

Returns  

Green Selects wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.     

Please note:  

  • We will inspect all returned items upon receipt.  
  • Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging.  
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  
  • If the product is found to be damaged or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  

Quality Complaints  

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.  

We will investigate the issue and offer one of the following resolutions:  

  • Exchange: We may exchange the product for a replacement of the same quantity, depending on the amount of oil remaining.  
  • Refund: We may refund the proportionate amount based on the quantity of oil remaining in the can.  

Please note that we may require proof of purchase and photos of the damaged product.  

Refunds  

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.  

Cancellation  

You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.  

Please note:  

  • Cancellation requests are subject to approval.  
  • If your order is cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund.
